SWCQ Double Cylinder Magnetic Core Filter Working Principle:

1. SWCQ double cylinder magnetic core filter consists of two groups of filter devices and a six-way valve, the normal work, a group of filter device put into operation, the other group was closed valve backup.
2. The valve-type six-way valve for the manual, the work process, cut off the backup filter device, connected to the work of the filter device, the valve has a pass, only the mark, the working pressure ≤ 0.6MPa can not stop.
3. The filter device for the two groups, a group of work, a group of spare. In the work of the filter device requires maintenance cleaning, you can start another group of spare filter device into work, without affecting the normal work of the filter.
   

SWCQ Double Cylinder Magnetic Core Filter Usage:

1. When the import and export pressure difference ≥ 0.05mpa should be the filter device to stop working, remove the filter block to clean (including the cylinder).
2. When the filter accuracy can not meet the requirements, the filter device to stop running, replace the filter.
3. The filter is running, not free to turn the valve.
