KJ / KM / KL Lube Distributor Technical Data Below :

Series progressive divider valve of KJ, KM, KL are used for multi-lubrication point, different grease feeding volume, grease feeding frequently of central lubrication system, the series progressive valve is available to select different volume middle segment to match various volume of grease requirements

There are three parts consist of series progressive divider valve KJ, KM, KL, each is supply top head, end block and 3-8 option middle segment which is custom combination as per the requirements of volume of feeding grease and outlet numbers. The grease outlets are at the both side of series progressive valve, and there are check valves installed at each middle segment to prevent backup pressure caused by adverse grease flow, with precisely, effectively lubricate.

Over-pressure Indicator

The over pressure indicator is Installed on the preparatory outlet of this lubrication distributor, when the lubrication point or the pipeline is blocked and the pressure rises above the presetting pressure value, the piston of the indicator will extend slightly. Then the lubrication equipment or system will send signals, confirming where the piston of indicator is extended, the blocked part or section can be directly found.

Pressure Relief  Valve

The pressure relief valve is installed on the preparatory outlet of lubrication distributor, where the environment is poor and grease or oil is easily to get to blocked. When the lubrication point or pipeline is blocked and the pressure rises abnormally beyond the presetting pressure value, then the grease or oil will overflow from pressure relief valve, and the overflow point is the blocked point of failure.
The pressure relief valve only applicable only to continuous working parts, should not affect to other lubrication distributors or dividers.

Grease flows into supply port by the lubrication pump pressure, to promote the piston A , B, and C action in the direction of the arrow . The piston A , B, left cavity under the action of the oil pressure in the right bit , fixed piston C right chamber into the pressure , the grease begins to move to the left .

The lubricant grease push the piston C moves to the left, the left chamber of the lubricant grease pressure outlet by the external piping to the No.1 sent to the lubrication point.
The lubricate oil into piston B right chamber when the piston C moves to the left limit.

The grease flows push the piston B move to the left , the left chamber of the lubricant oil pressure to the No.2 outlet through the external piping to send to the lubrication points . The lubricate oil is pressed into piston A right chamber, when the piston B moves to the left limit.

The lubricant oil flows push the piston C moves to the right, the right chamber of the grease pressure to No.4 outlet through the external piping to send to the lubrication points. The lubricate oil into the piston B left chamber when the piston C moves to the right limit.

The lubricant flows push the piston B moves to the right, the right chamber of the grease pressure to No.5 outlet through the external piping to send to the lubrication points. The lubricate oil into the piston A left chamber when the piston B moves to the right limit.

The lubricant oil flows to push the piston moves to the right , the right chamber of the lubricant pressure outlet , external piping to send to the No.6 to the lubrication point . When the piston A to move to the right limit to return to the initial state, continue to repeat the above action.
