Lubricating System HSLSGC Series Introduction
Lubricating system HSLSGC series is designed as compact grease, oil lubrication system as per HSLSG series, the lubricating system HSLSGC is mostly equipped in the industry of metallurgy, mining, building materials, energy, transportation and other industries in the requirement of lubricating oil of machinery and equipment, working medium viscosity grade N22 ~ N460 (equivalent to IS0 VG22 ~ 460) industrial lubricants.
Lubricating system HSLSGC series is the complete pack lubrication system, mounted all of the device on the lubricating grease reservoir, Lubricating system HSLSGC performance parameters are basically the same type HSLSG series, but the HSLSGC is making parts on the whole unit if the flow rate of system larger than 125L/min, therefore, the lubricating system HSLSGC series can achieve the overall lifting and movement without foot bolt, making installation particularly easy, especially suitable for working space limited occasions
But the lubricating system HSLSGC series still needs room space around side and above, because the pump mounting on the top of reservoir, so hydraulic pump selected should be enough suction height, especially when the oil viscosity is high, and please pay attention to the whole system pressure when the oil temperature is low.
Compact grease, oil lubrication system HSLSGC series provides the oil supply pressure ≤0.4MPa with filtration precision 0.08mm ~ 0.12mm (allows for small-value low viscosity), the cooling water temperature is ≤30 ℃, pressure 0.2 MPa ~ 0.4MPa, oil cooler inlet temperature 50℃, through the cooler temperature will drop to ≥8℃and increase the oil temperature by electric heater.
