Lubricating System HSLSF Series Introduction
Lubricating system HSLSF series is used as grease, oil as media providing lubricating lubrication system, the HSLSF series is available for the industry of metallurgy, heavy mining machinery and other equipment with a single line circulation lubrication system, its working medium viscosity grade N22-N460 (equivalent to ISO VG22-460) industrial lubricants, using tube-type cooling oil cooler.
Lubricating system HSLSF series supplies the nominal pressure of 0.63Mpa/6.3bar, with filtration accuracy at low viscosity is 0.08mm at high viscosity 0.1.2 mm. The cooling water temperature ≤ 3 0℃; cooling water pressure <0.4MPa; when cooler water flows into the oil temperature is 50 ℃, the lubricating oil temperature drops to ≥8℃, vapor pressure is 0.2-0.4MPa and the pump inlet pressure is greater than 0.63MPa.
Working Principle Of Lubricating system HSLSF Series:
The lubricating oil is transferring to its lubrication point through check valve, shuttle valve, binoculars mesh filter and oil cooler discharged from the hydraulic pump and return to oil reservoir by main return pipe and filter.
The nominal pressure of hydraulic pump mounted in lubricating system is 0.63MPa (ie, the maximum outlet pressure of the pump), oil supply pressure from the lubrication device is 0.5MPa (ie oil outlet pressure), it will provides the gas supply pressure of 0.5 ~ 0.6MPa. if with a pressure accumulator installed.
During normal operation, a gear pump runs and other as backup switched alternately, start and stop by button switch. The output of the pump is equipped with a safety valve to prevent over-load on the pump, the valve opening pressure is set to 0.63MPa.
The pressure of the lubricating system HSLSF series is controlled by a pressure switch, when the system pressure reaches the normal value adjustment, the main motor is allowed to start, when the lubricating system pressure is lower than the set-value, the backup pump starts automatically until the pressure returned to normal. If the lubrication system pressure continues to decrease below the low-value, low-pressure alarm signal is sent, the main motor should stop to troubleshooting.
The Main Feature Of Lubricating System HSLSF Series
– Equipped with a differential pressure signal on dual-cylinder filter, when the pressure difference on outlet and inlet pressure exceeds 0.10 MPa – 0.15MPa,the differential pressure signal will send an alarm for switching operation the operation dual-cylinder filter, in order to clean or replace the filter mesh(This device is installed before the cooler device; the higher oil viscosity is better.)
– There are direct-reading thermometers and electromagnetic valve mounted on the cooler inlet to observe and control the water temperature of the cooling water to confirm if on or off. In the outlet port of the system is equipped with an electrical contact, a thermometer and a temperature controller for controlling the oil temperature, when the outlet oil temperature above a certain temperature set, the solenoid valve automatically opens, make the cooler work until the oil temperature is resumed to normal.
-If the water cooler works for a period, the temperature of lubrication system oil continued to rise, reaching the maximum temperature, the temperature controller will send an overheat alarm signal. When the water cooler need to be replaced or repaired, to close the inlet and outlet valves on the water cooler, leaving the bypass valve open, then the oil will transfer to lubrication point directly not through water cooler.
– Two electric contact thermometer and two level switch are equipped with in the oil reservoir, when the oil temperature is lower than the set temperature, the electric heater or the steam valve opens to hear oil until it reaches normal operating oil temperature. When the oil temperature in the reservoir is on the level of lowest temperature, and the pump can not be started, the heating of oil is needed. When the level in oil reservoir reaches the upper or lower limit, the level switch will send an alarm signal.
– If there are accumulators equipped with the lubricating system which will prevent accident or a sudden power outage, stored in a pressure accumulator can be used as a temporary source of pressure oil to the system short supply, but generally should pay attention to the check valve on the pressure accumulator should be installed horizontally, can not be installed down.
– With cabinet and dashboards, easy to observe the operating parameters, can realize automatic control and accident alert.
