Lubricating System HSGLB Series Introduction

Lubricating system HSGLB series is high and low pressure lubrication system for the viscosity range of grease or oil from N22 to N460 (Equivalent to ISO VG22-460). The max. pressure of high pressure is 31.5Mpa and low pressure is 0.4Mpa like the same as HSGLA, but the flow rate at high pressure and low pressure is largely increased, up to 40L/min. at high pressure and 315L/min. at low pressure.

Most of the working principle of HSGLB is nearly the same like HSGLA, there is little difference as follow:
Lubricating system HSGLB Series is the complete system consists of oil reservoir, two low pressure pump sets, one high pressure pump, two dual cylinder mesh filter, oil return magnetic mesh filter, oil cooler tube, various control valves, pipes and electric contact pressure gauge, platinum resistance, etc..

Lubricating system HSGLB series supplies the low pressure oil through filter and cooled, some part of low pressure oil passes through a double tube filter to enter the oil suction port of the high pressure pump, so as to improve the cleanliness grade of the high pressure oil.

It should be noted when the low pressure in lubricating system HSGLB series provides the amount of is smaller (For example, when less than 0.2MPa), since its behind one also has a filter pressure loss (Also gradually increase over time), in order to ensure the smooth suction for high-pressure pump, the inlet port should always be guaranteed positive pressure (Before switching the filters, the previous pressure in the behind filter should reach the maximum must also meet this requirement). In addition to flow rate is very different with HSGLA, the most important characteristics (Structural characteristics) for the in front of inlet port of high-pressure pump has another filter device.
