Electric grease lubrication pump DRB-J (U-25DL, 40DL) series is dual line grease lubrication pump, electric grease lubrication pump for centralized lubrication system. Electric grease lubrication pump DRB-J transfers the lubricating grease to dual line distributors and injection valve, automatically opens the check valve in the compressed air line by hydraulic pressure, the oil and air mist form is injected into the friction parts of machinery and equipment, especially suitable for open gear drive gear tooth surface, the support rollers, sliding guide friction surface, such as machine parts lubrication.

Working of Electric Grease Lubrication Pump DRB-J (U-25DL, 40DL) series
Electric grease lubrication pump DRB-J (U-25DL, 40DL) series consists of piston pump, grease reservoir, directional control valve, accumulator and other accessories. While piston pump driven by the electric motor to suck the grease from the reservoir and pressurized to direction valve. There are 4 pipe connectors on the directional valve, which is two of main grease supplying pipe and two grease return pipe.
The directional pool mounted in directional valve pressed by the grease pressure in pipe line transfers the grease to outlet port alternately, when on outlet feeding grease, the other grease connects to grease reservoir to discharge.
Two ports of the accumulator connect to two supply port of directional valve, in order to receiving grease supplement timely while switching the supplying grease pipeline.

Operation of Electric Grease Lubrication Pump DRB-J (U-25DL, 40DL) series
1. Electric grease Lubrication pump DRB should be installed in a suitable ambient temperature, less dust, vibration, air drying, and easy to fill in the grease, position adjustment, inspection and in easy maintenance convenient occasions. 2. Use DJB-V70 or DJB-V400 electric filler pump to fill in grease in lubrication pump DRB series, grease injected from the grease filling in port. (Grease filter mounted)

3. The gear box must filled with oil (industrial gear oil N220) until reaching to standard level before operation the lubrication pump, the lubricating oil in grease box should be changed at every 200hours of working.

4. Electric Grease lubrication pump rotation direction is unidirectional, the wiring of electric motor must be connected as per the rotation direction marked on the motor cover.

5. Pressure relief valve on the pump can be adjusted within the range of 0MPa-10MPa, and must not exceed the nominal pressure(11MPa) of the pump while working.
