Manual Terminal Dual Line Lubrication System:
The lubricant delivered and controlled by the directional control valve and pressure powered by the lubrication pump (1) which supplies the grease or oil to one supply pipe line and while the other returns the grease or oil to the barrel.
While the action of dual line lubrication distributor ② is completed, the supplied pressure increasing sharply, until the oil pressure reaches the pre-setting value to determine whether the lubrication system has been completed of operation.

Characteristics of Manual Terminal Dual Line Lubrication System:
The Dual Line Manual Terminal Lubrication System is simple, low cost equipment.

Electric Terminal Dual Line Lubrication System:
The time relay in the electronic control cabinet ⑤ enables the lubrication system to automatically operate according to the pre-setting interval time as grease or oil supply. The lubrication system is usually designed within 5 minutes (up to 8 minutes) according to the grease feeding time. The standard setting pressure of the differential pressure switch / pressure control valve is about 5MPa.
The pressure switch / pressure control valve is set at the end of the fuel supply pipe where the pressure loss is the maximum side, A lubrication distributor is recommended to be installed behind to facilitate the end grease renewal.
For small and medium-sized lubrication systems, for the convenience of electrical wiring, the front-end pressure control connection and there are two outlets of the directional valve to install a pressure controller in parallel, and at the end there is no need to install differential pressure switch / pressure control valve.
Characteristics of Electric Terminal Dual Line Lubrication System:

Electric Loop Dual Line Lubrication System:

Characteristics of Electric Loop Dual Line Lubrication System:
Direct control of the end of the supply pipe of directional control valve switches, reliable action. The directional control valve is installed on the lubrication pump, the cost of electrical wiring is low. The pressure adjustment is available at the lubrication pump, maintenance, inspection convenience. Suitable for lubrication points more concentrated occasions.
Electric Secondary Stage Distribution Dual Line Lubrication System:
The basic action of electric secondary stage distribution dual line lubrication system is nearly the same like electric terminal dual line lubrication system.
The secondary distribution is arranged by the two-line distributor ② outlet connected to the secondary feed pipe line to the progressive lubrication distributor ③ grease or line supply, so that a dual line lubrication distributor of an outlet will be able to lubricate 4 to 8 lubrication points.

Differential pressure switch / pressure control valve is generally installed at the end of the main pipe line where having the maximum pressure loss.
Electric ring system can also be arranged secondary distribution, pressure control valve installed in the return valve from the hydraulic port within 1 meter on the main pipe line.
