Distributing valve DV series is manufactured to equip in industrial dual line system, the lubricant of grease or oil is delivered appropriately to each lubrication spot transferred by main grease supply line, and pressurized by electric lubrication pump and transferred.
Distributing valve DV series is equipped with motion indicator which is for observation during working, further, the volume of grease is available to be adjusted according to different lubrication requirements. The supply outlet of distributing valve DV is designed on the bottom, therefore, the movement of piston inside the distributing valve will make lubricate from the bottom outlet, not a matter of the main or pilot piston position

Distributing Valve DV Operation Function

– The lubricant was transferred through the supply line 2 is completed and switches to supply line 1. While the lubricant is delivered from the supply one 1, the grease or oil left in supply line 1 was released to to grease reservoir.
– The grease or oil left in supply line is pressurized by lubrication pump, the pilot piston is pressed down, the lubricant squeezed into chamber A (the space above the main piston), the main piston is pressed down accordingly.


– While the main piston 5 pressed down by the pressure, the lubricant left in chamber B below flows into outlet port 3 to the supply line through the C channel of pilot piston.
– When the supply line switches, the supply line 2 was pressed by pressurized grease, the grease in supply line 1 is released to grease reservoir. The lubricant flows into the supply line at the same sequence as they work before processing.
