Working Principle Of GLF, GLB Oil Heat Exchanger
Tubular oil cooler mainly by the back cover, shell, back cover and cooling devices and other components. The shell is a seamless steel pipe structure with two flanges welded to the tubing and tubing. In the shell with a tube plug, used to vent the accumulation of air in the body, oil, water. The cooling device is mainly composed of heat transfer tubes
Tube plate, floating tube plate, partitions, baffles and other components. The ends of the pipe are expanded and fixed to the fixed tube plate and the floating tube plate on both sides. Fixed tube
The plate and the oil heat exchanger housing flange are secured together, while the floating tube plate is freely mounted on the housing. This eliminates the effect of temperature on the thermal expansion of the heat exchanger. Both the baffle and the baffle are enhanced heat transfer.
The GLF, GLB oil heat exchanger uses a double return, and the cooling water flows from the inlet pipe to the return water chamber and then flows backwards along the cooling pipe. The water absorbs the heat released from the oil side after the volume, the tube is removed by the body.

GLF, GLB Oil Heat Exchanger Usage:

  • The cooler should be installed in a separate low-pressure loop or the system circuit pressure is low, the installation should be tightened seal.
  • The media is dirty, before entering the cooler should be equipped with a filter.
  • The beginning of the work, should pay attention to put the cooler and the system of air, the first access to the cold medium and then gradually into the heat medium to achieve heat balance, to avoid “overheating” and thermal stress.
  • The cooling medium pressure should be less than the cooling medium.
  • The cooling medium for the water should be selected clean fresh water, the choice of seawater or other media when ordering instructions.
  • The winter should be used to stop the cooler medium put the net.
  • Regular (about a year) on the cooler to clean, remove the oil scale. Ensure that the seal is in good condition. And the sealing test, 1.6MPa hydraulic test 30 minutes without leakage.
